Simple Peach Cobbler

  • 1 stick butter
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 3-4 (15oz) can peaches drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a casserole dish melt the butter. Mix a batter of flour, milk, sugar and baking powder. Pour the batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Next pour in the drained peaches. Again do not stir. Make sure peaches are drained well. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Top should be very brown.
