Almost Better than Sex Dessert 

AKA Pudding Dessert

Needed:

• 1cup flour
• 1 stick butter softened, not melted
• 1 cup finely chopped pecans
• 8oz cream cheese 
• 1cup powder sugar 
• Large container cool whip 
• 1 large box instant chocolate pudding
• 1 large box instant vanilla pudding 
• Milk

Directions:

Combine flour, butter, and nuts(run nuts thru blender or food processor to make fine for best results). Pat the mixure in a 9x13 in dish. Bake at 350degrees for 20min. Let cool

Mix pudding boxes in bowl together with 3cups milk. Mix then set in fridge to harden

Cream together cream cheese and powder sugar. Fold in 1 cup of the cool whip. (Sometime I make double amount of this layer, its the best part :))

After crust has cooled, spread the cream cheese layer, then the pudding layer, then top it off with the rest of the cool whip.

Simple Peach Cobbler (Lisa Lewellen-Stanley)

Simple Peach Cobbler

• 1 stick butter
• 3/4 cup milk
• 1 cup sugar
• 1 cup flour
• 2 teaspoons baking powder
• 3-4 (15oz) can peaches drained

Preheat oven to 350 degrees

In a casserole dish melt the butter. Mix a batter of flour, milk, sugar and baking powder. Pour the batter over the melted butter. DO NOT STIR. Next pour in the drained peaches. Again do not stir. Make sure peaches are drained well. Bake in oven for 45 minutes to an hour. Top should be very brown.
